Directions to the Charlottesville Office - 417 8th Street NE
- From University of Virginia:
- Take Main Street East Bound to the intersection of McIntyre Road, turn LEFT onto Mcintyre.
- Follow McIntyre Road to the intersection with Market Street, Just before that intersection move into the right lane and take the RIGHT YIELD TURN just before the light.
- Follow Market Street to SEVENTH STREET, just after City Hall and the Police Station.
- Turn LEFT onto Seventh Street. Go two blocks, at the intersection of Seventh and High Street Turn RIGHT. Go only one Block; then turn LEFT onto Eighth Street, NE.
- WE are the Third Driveway on the LEFT. 417 8th Street NE
From Pantops:
- Go Westbound ( toward town) on 250. Move into the LEFT LANE at the Free Bridge. Turn LEFT onto East High Street immediately after the bridge.
- Follow East High Street up the hill through the Traffic light at Locust Street and past Martha Jefferson Hospital.
- At the next Traffic light (Citco Gas Station ) Turn RIGHT.
- Go only one Block Then Turn RIGHT onto Eighth Street NE
- We are the Third Driveway on the LEFT. 417 8th Street NE
- From Route 29 and Rio Road:
- Follow Rio Road East Bound toward town (approximately 3.5 miles), at the 250 bypass bridge Rio Road turns into Park Street, keep going Straight.
- At the intersection of Park Street and High Street turn LEFT onto High Street.
- Follow High Street for two blocks only.
- Then turn LEFT unto Eighth Street NE
- We are the Third Driveway on the LEFT. 417th 8TH Street NE
From Ivy:
- Go East bound (toward Town) on 250 East. Follow 250 to the Park Street Exit.
- Move into the Right lane and exit at Park Street.
- Turn RIGHT onto Park Street.
- At the intersection of Park Street and High Street turn LEFT onto High Street.
- Follow High Street for two blocks only.
- Then turn LEFT unto Eighth Street NE

Directions to the Farmville Foot Specialist Office - 405C East Third Street
From Buckingham and Cumberland (North):
- Reset the car’s odometer at the Appomattox River Bridge
- Travel 0.3 miles southbound on Main Street.
- At the intersection of Main and Third Street turn Left.
- Travel 0.3 miles toward and past the post office, Statewide Realty, Guitar Company

Immediately after the guitar company, turn RIGHT into the driveway of the Tan Building with the Green Tin Roof.
- Park in the back.
From Twin Lakes State Park, Rice, Burkeville, and Rt. 307 (East):
- Take the 1st Farmville exit off of 460 Westbound (460Businees Exit);
- Reset the car’s odometer at Biery Creek (460Business= Third Street).
- Continue Straight for 2 miles (you will pass the dialysis center), the Sunoco
- Gas Station and Blue Storage Sheds all the left side.
- Turn LEFT immediately into the driveway of the Tan building with the Green Tin Roof.
- Park in the back.
- At the Route 15 and Business 460 interchange turn onto Route 460 Business

Eastbound. Reset your odometer. You’ll pass Southside Community Hospital on your right, you’ll cross over Main Street and continue past the Post office, Statewide Reality, and Guitar Company all on your right. Approximately 4.3 miles into your trip; turn RIGHT into the driveway of the Tan building with the Green Tin Roof.
- Park in the back.
From Hampton Sidney, Keysville (South):
- From Walmart travel Northbound on Main Street toward the center of Farmville. At the intersection of Main and Third Street; turn right onto Third Street. Reset your odometer.
- Travel 0.3 miles toward and past the post office, Statewide Realty, and Guitar Company.
